Terms of Payment
1. The following Terms of Payment (‘TOP’) apply to services offered by Naturallyconnected.uk and Annabelle Wilding
2. For the purposes of these TOP, a reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our(s)’ shall mean Naturallyconnected.uk, and a reference to ‘you’, ‘your(s)’ shall mean the end client who receives our services.
3. Usually, sessions need 4 people booked on to go ahead. If there are fewer than 4, I might rearrange the session and will do this with agreement from all participants where I can.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule a session at an admin fee of £5 up to the date of the originally scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made after the session or event has concluded will unfortunately not be considered, and the session will be deemed forfeited. No refund will be available in such circumstances.
5. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
a. If you cancel 8 (eight) days before a session, you may reschedule in accordance with our rescheduling policy above, or request for a full refund.
b. If you cancel 3-7 inclusive days before a session, you may reschedule in accordance with our rescheduling policy or receive a 50% refund.
c. If you cancel 0-2 inclusive days before a session, you may reschedule in accordance with our rescheduling policy, but no refund shall be available.
6. Please allow us up to 14 days to process refunds.
7. Sometimes we may have to cancel a session due to weather conditions in which case you will be given credit enabling you to attend any other session of equivalent value at any time within 6 (six) months from the date on which the original session was scheduled to take place. Unfortunately, since situations like these are outside of our control, no refund is available. If the weather turns unexpectedly bad during a session, the walk might be shorter than initially planned and unfortunately no refunds are possible since situations like these are outside of our control.
8. No refunds are available in case of a no show, i.e., if you fail to attend a session that you had already booked and paid for, but which was not cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with these TOP.
9. How we will use personal information: We will use the personal information you provide to us only to provide the Sessions and to process payment for the Sessions. We will not pass your personal information to third parties unless you have consented to it or if required by law.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to use their own judgement about attending a booked session if feeling poorly, to declare any medical conditions and bring their meds. They will also bring suitable, adequate clothing, this includes extra layers and waterproofs or sun lotion, hat and insect repellent. Participants will respect the forest by not leaving any trace of their visit and doing no harm to anything on any Forest Bathing session.
My Responsibility
Naturallyconnecetd.uk is insured and has public liability insurance of £4million. I conduct risk assessments at all sites and do a pre-walk routine on the morning of the walk to check the route is safe.

If you are unhappy with the service received from Naturallyconnected.uk, please email details of the situation to annabelle@naturallyconnected.uk where it will be properly investigated.
