  • Sessions last 3 hours and cost £40 (there is a £5 per session discount to £35 for Furzey Garden Members).

  • A waterproof mat to lie on, a drink and snacks if you need, warm clothes as it is always chilly when you relax, sensible shoes as the ground can be uneven, waterproofs if raining. (Sessions go ahead in most weathers except if it would be dangerous to do so (eg. high winds or lightening) and in very heavy rain.)

  • We start with a brief introduction then a deep relaxation usually lying down nestled amid the beautiful landscape of Furzey Gardens. Then enjoy a series of slow, optional invitations to connect with nature in this beautiful garden. Each invitation allows your to unwind, let go and reconnect with yourself and nature. Closing with a tea ceremony - and with a few new tools for your self care kit back at home. Most participants also experience a really good nights sleep after Forest Bathing. The experience is relaxing, soothing and nurturing. We work in connected solitude so you can share or not share as much of your experience as you feel comfortable with.
